Well-versed in pipeline design, optimization, and maintenance, Paul is also an expert in pipeline welding, fabrication, heavy machinery operations, and qualified welding practices. Melissa Hansen, born and raised in California, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for community to her role as Business Manager. Since moving to Missouri in 2009 and settling in Lincoln County in 2011, Melissa has embraced the more relaxed and community-oriented lifestyle, far removed from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles.

Melissa pursued her higher education in Nevada, earning a degree in Business Management. Her academic foundation has been pivotal in shaping her successful career in business management and human resources.

With over 20 years of experience across various industries, Melissa has established herself as a seasoned professional. She has worked for some of the most reputable companies in Texas, Missouri, and California, honing her skills in business management and human resources. Since 2018, she has been an integral part of Paul’s companies, contributing significantly to their growth and success.

Melissa is deeply committed to fostering an environment of respect and honesty for both employees and customers. Her approach to business management is rooted in these values, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.

Outside of her professional life, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and her grandson. She is an avid animal lover and spends much of her free time with her dog, Willow Mae. Melissa is also enthusiastic about engaging with the local community and is eager to work on new projects that benefit the area.
